If you do yoga, this process will change everything.
LAND in your body. As you move into each new gesture, take a moment to consciously land in your body.
LISTEN to your body. Am I comfortable? Am I steady? Is my body telling me to shift something? To give more, to give less?
ADJUST your body accordingly. Find your sweet spot! The place in the posture where ease and alertness overlap. The place where there is no force, no pain, nor any dullness or laziness. The spot where you sit in your fullest comfortable potential according to that very moment.
LEAVE the posture now to your body intelligence and bring your attentiveness to your breath. THIS is where the magic happens. Where your fullest potential expands, without force but because of the steps you've just taken. Because now you can just be with your breath and it's your breath that changes your mind.
